New Software Training

New Software Training

Multinail’s training program not only covers the 4 Software Users levels from D to A but also training and assessment on new and upgraded Software versions.

Each time a new version is released to the market the software user is either trained on it and its new features and changes or is simply required to read the upgrade manual and acknowledge that they have read and understood the changes depending on the amount and type of changes made to the software.

Upgrade or Update

Multinail’s software upgrades or updates are new versions of the software that have added or improved minor feature that DO NOT relate to engineering or design base changes. An upgrade/update may include changes to the user interface or data on a report and as such requires no training from Multinail. In these cases Multinail provides the user with an Upgrade Manual defining the changes in the new version. The user is then required to complete a check sheet to nominate that they have read and understood the changes to the version.
