Technical Support
The manufacturing of prefabricated timber components is reliant on the ability of detailing technicians to operate effectively in their conversion of building plans into design layouts and cutting lists. The Multinail Technical Support team make regular visits to fabricators giving assistance and training to help detailers optimise production efficiency through design.
On Call Support
There are times and situations when fabricators require instant answers to questions and challenges that arise from designing layouts for component production. The Multinail Help Desk team are made up of experienced people who can give immediate help and advice to ensure precious production time is not lost.
