OVERVIEW

The Trencher is a dedicated automated plate cutting and trenching saw that streamlines wall frame production by combining accurate 90-degree cutting and trenching in one efficient process.

Plates are automatically advanced and trenched at each stud location, eliminating manual measuring and marking while improving consistency, productivity and labour efficiency.

Operated via a touchscreen interface, the Trencher securely clamps timber for repeatable accuracy before automatically cutting, positioning, trenching and completing the final cut cycle, with finished components exiting via the outfeed roller table.

Available in left or righthand configurations, the Trencher increases production capacity, improves quality and delivers a safer, more efficient plate preparation process.
