OVERVIEW

The Raked Wall Extruder is designed to assemble and simplify the process of making raking wall frames.

It can also produce standard wall frames, making this a Spida all rounder.

• 4 nail gun mounted brackets
• Height adjustable nail gun and clamp guarding Ergonomic clamp operating system of top and bottom plates, allows for 2 handed freedom for operators to locate studs and components
• Timber sensor/gun lockout system – timber product and width sensors eliminate misfiring when no timber or incorrect width timber is detected
• Nail sensor/nail reload prompt when either stick or coil nail feeds are empty in any gun
• Automated wall height
• Automated gun height
• 2 handed operation safety circuit
• Caters from 90mm to 190mm timber
• 24″ industrial touch screen
