OVERVIEW

The Component Nailer is designed to accurately nail timber components together before frame assembly.

The nailer will clamp and nail one nog at a time onto a stud as required.

It can handle both standard nogs and flat nogs, even on the same stud – the Component Nailer automatically adjusts the gun orientation and clamps to suit.

• Caters from 70mm to 140mm timber
• 2 hand no tie down for safe operation
• Nog clamps keep operator’s hands out of nailing area
• Safety isolation of nail gun firing on clamps to make sure timber is present and is the correct size and orientation
• Capability to nail vertical and standard nog orientations
• High capacity 1000 nail coil holders
• Nail usage counter – alerts operator when nails need to be replaced
