The Nocking Station is a compact, all-in-one system engineered for accurate cutting and nailing of noggins and stud components.

Built for speed and precision, it removes Wall Extruder bottlenecks and reduces manual workload.

Two-hand controls and multi-axis clamping ensure safe, consistent operation, while its integrated design optimises floor space and pairs with the Curved Conveyor for maximum efficiency.

Ideal for wall frames with a single row of straight noggins, it enables a highly efficient workflow and increased output per operator without added labour.

Automation of the noggin and stud cutting and nailing processes enhances accuracy, build quality, and safety by reducing manual handling and handheld nail gun use.

Pre-assembled components streamline wall line assembly, boost throughput, and increase metres per operator.
