The Raked Wall Extruder is an automated solution for assembling standard and raked wall frames from precut timber components.
Its wall-plate gripping assembly precisely indexes and positions the wall plates at each stud location, ensuring accurate alignment before nailing.
After each automated nailing cycle, the assembly advances the frame to the next stud location.
This continuous process streamlines production, delivering high-quality standard and raked wall frames with exceptional efficiency.
