OVERVIEW

The Stud Extruder is used for the assembly of C, L and U studs along with the nailing of fireblocks to studs.

This machine has been designed with both accuracy and safety in mind.

FEATURES

• Automatically nails C, L & U stud assemblies, double & triple studs, ladders and blocks
• Operator follows screen controlled process, places pre-cut timber in C or L configuration
• Studs are progressed through nailer and automatically nailed at specified nail centres
• Studs up to 3600mm long can be nailed
• High capacity 1000 nail coil holders
• Nail usage counter – alerts operator when nails need to be replaced
• 24″ industrial touch screen

• Customised table length proportionate to stud length
