OVERVIEW
The TrussMaker is used in the assembly of timber roof trusses. Precut timber components are positioned within the jigging system, and nailplates are placed at each joint.
The ride-on press head then travels along the truss, accurately pressing the plates into the timber to secure every connection. Once complete, the finished truss is manually ejected from the table.
The TrussMaker streamlines the assembly of timber roof trusses while maximising floor space – combining technology, precision and efficiency to produce high quality trusses.
