OVERVIEW
The Wall Extruder is engineered for automated assembly of wall frames using precut timber components.
The automated plate progressors precisely align the wall plates to each stud location in preparation for nailing.
After each automated nailing cycle, the integrated automated plate progressors index the frame to the next stud location.
This automated cycle continues until the wall frame has been completed and is ready to move to the next phase of the manufacturing process.
