What makes up a Roller Plant?
The Multinail Roller Plant system for roof truss manufacture is the ultimate for speed, reliability & simple operation for large production gains. Simple Setup. Smooth Operation. Powerful Results.
Trusses are quickly jigged using automated or manual jigging systems, with all components accurately positioned on the Steel roller press tables.
At the touch of a button, the system is energised and ready to run. Controls deliver precise pre-set gantry movement, as the heavy-duty 600mm diameter pre-set roller embeds the nail plates in a single, powerful pass.
Once complete, pneumatic ejectors smoothly transfer trusses onto conveyors then pass the truss through the Finishing Roller for final nail plate embedment, keeping production flowing efficiently and safely.
